A considered conversation about your skin, your concerns, and what you actually want.

Most clients arrive having done their research. They know the treatments they're interested in. What they don't yet have is someone who will look at their skin specifically, listen properly, and tell them honestly what will and won't serve them.

That is what the skin consultation is. Our team assesses your skin in person, asks the questions that matter, and builds a picture of your skin over time: how it behaves, where it's been, what it needs now. Nothing is recommended off a menu.

The consultation is complimentary and obligation-free. It takes between 30 and 45 minutes. There is no pressure to book a treatment at the end of it.

If you leave with a plan, it will be yours. Built around your skin, your timeline, and your goals specifically.

What to expect

The consultation takes place in the treatment room, not across a front desk. Our therapists will look at your skin under magnification, ask about your history, and discuss what you've tried before. The conversation is unhurried.

You do not need to prepare anything in advance, though arriving without makeup allows our team to assess your skin at its most accurate. Allow 30–45 minutes.

There is no downtime and nothing to recover from. You will leave with a clear sense of where your skin is now and what a thoughtful plan forward looks like.
