Your first appointment is a complimentary consultation. No pressure, no obligation. Just an honest conversation about your skin and what you want.
The first consultation takes 30–45 minutes. Our therapists will look at your skin, ask the questions that matter, and be honest about what will and will not serve you. If you decide to book a treatment, we will build a plan specifically around your skin. If you are not ready to commit to anything, that is completely fine.
Most clients leave knowing exactly where they stand.

Select a treatment to see available times. If you are a new client and unsure where to start, choose "New client consultation" for a complimentary, obligation free place to begin.
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time to another client. Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.
What to expect when you arrive.You will find the clinic at Level 1, 328 Balcombe Road, Beaumaris.
Street parking is available directly outside.
Arrive without makeup if you can. It allows our team to assess your skin accurately from the start.
Our therapists will spend time looking at your skin, understanding your history, and asking what you actually want to achieve. If a treatment plan makes sense, she will outline it clearly: what, why, how often, and what to realistically expect.
There is nothing to prepare in advance. Just arrive and settle in.
