intense pulsed light therapy (IPL)Clear, even skin. Without the cover-up.
For sun damage, pigmentation, redness, and tone correction that holds.
Sun spots, uneven tone, persistent redness, visible capillaries: these are the concerns that no amount of foundation truly solves. IPL addresses them at the source.
Intense Pulsed Light delivers precise wavelengths of light into the skin, targeting pigment and vascular irregularities without affecting the surrounding tissue. The body processes the broken-down pigment naturally over the following weeks, and tone gradually evens. For redness and capillaries, vessels are sealed and reabsorbed. The result is skin that looks cleaner, clearer, and more consistent.
IPL also stimulates collagen production, which means skin health improves alongside tone. Most clients notice their skin looks fresher and more radiant after each session.

What to expect
IPL feels like a brief flick of warmth, repeated across the treatment area. Most clients find it comfortable with no anaesthetic needed. The session takes between 20–45 minutes depending on the area being treated.
Some redness and mild warmth immediately after is normal and typically resolves within a few hours. Pigmentation spots will often darken slightly before they lift over the following 1–2 weeks. This is the treatment working as intended.
Sun protection is essential for the duration of your treatment course and beyond. Our therapists will advise on specific aftercare at your appointment.
For tone correction and rejuvenation: 4–6 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart. For redness and capillaries: 4–6 treatments spaced 2–3 weeks apart. For hair removal: 6–8 treatments to complete the cycle.
Your plan
The right IPL approach depends on what you're addressing and your skin's baseline. Our team will assess suitability and map out your course at your complimentary consultation.
Note: A doctor's letter confirming no skin cancers are present is required before commencing IPL treatment for pigmentation correction. Our therapists will advise on this at your consultation.
